Garths aim is to bring balance and strength to the nervous and immune systems. He  notes, the beauty of Iyengar Yoga is that it can be adapted to suit anyones ability at whatever level to receive the benefits of a yoga practice.”

Unfortunately Garth isn’t able to visit us, but we’re delighted that he has agreed to teach us online instead!

There will be a workshop on Saturday and on Sunday, 5pm-7pm (UK time – GMT+1) £15 each, (you have the option to book both at the same time below)

After costs, MDIY will donate half its profits to the MS Society.

The link to access the class will be emailed to you the day before.
